The entire calendar year 2020 seems like an unending aberration. Visibility ahead at the end of Q1 went from years/months, to literally hours/minutes as the pandemic swept over the world causing varying degrees of disturbance and heartbreak in everyday life as we once knew it. This represented huge challenges for business leaders, who found themselves completely devoid of a playbook, improvising wildly in attempts to safeguard the health and safety of coworkers while in many cases the futures of their respective businesses were severely threatened.
Working with Anders during this challenging period has been a lifeline. His levelheaded, insightful advice on all matters strategic, combined with his soft, yet holistic skills regarding management in general, have provided me with an invaluable sounding board in probably the most challenging period of time in my entire career.

I assigned Anders as my mentor nine months ago as I write this testimonial. Although I have a long career in leadership and management, I felt that I needed a person with whom I can share issues and discuss those thoroughly. Being in a high leadership position, one can often be alone with own taught, especially in front of difficult decision or organizational issues. Issues that cannot always be discussed in-depth with your Superior, peers, colleagues, nor subordinates.
Anders background is in leadership and management, and his knowledge in this area is extensive. It is imperative for me to know that my mentor has real deep work-life experience. Anders has this. I am also positively surprised by how well the online mentoring sessions are working with Anders. First, I taught that these sessions need to be face to face. MY “MUSICAL MEETING” WITH ANDERS CHANGED MY LIFE!
More than a year ago, I met Anders when I bought a DJ set from his wife. What a meeting, so much positive energy, and such lovely people. I was triggered by their energy but didn’t know that Anders would change my life six months after that meeting. In Autumn 2020, I contacted Anders because I was interested in knowing more about the coaching and mentoring methods he was posting about on LinkedIn. I was looking for help as I had just started my new business. Despite all my enthusiasm, I was scared as I didn’t want to end up like with my previous attempt, going bankrupted and being completely exhausted and depressed.
Our work together began quite emotionally. I had to dig deep into my old habits, where Anders guided me through this process with consistency and understanding, not as a shrink but as a best friend and mentor. Finding my fears and habits that had been holding me back from growing all those years made me realize how caught up you can be in old processes, not knowing where to begin. Anders helped me to find my core values. Values that now guide me in my private life as well as in daily business.
