Creating a sustainable and purposeful change always starts from a personal level. To be a successful Mentor & Coach one must be “all-in”, to give his/her fullest heart and attention to the client and the mission. How else can one understand the other person’s or persons’ situations and what is hindering him/her or a team from achieving the desired changes? Additionally, I have a passion for the practical use of neuroscience and how we can change our mindset and behavior for increased performance.
